Background to Hot Stuff .....
I started The Hot Stuff Company because I needed an alternative to use when
the juggling shops stopped supplying Lamp Oil about thirteen years ago. For
two years I searched and sampled different liquids from various companies.
Until I found what I was looking for ... yes that's right PURE PARAFFIN. What
I found and what I sell is one fraction of distilled paraffin - pure. Unfortunately
I could only by it by the barrel (200 litres) so I setup Hot Stuff to sell
off the excess. It is a side line, I am an entertainer not a shop and I do
not accept any responsibility for the use of this product ie. it is sold and
purchased to use with a wick and should not be taken internally or put in
the mouth.
It's the old cliche "do as I say not as I do".
I do not advertise as there is no profit in the sale but take some with me when
I'm on a job, to conventions etc. Over five years I have sold about 50 containers
in total. It is a service for professionals and fire eaters who care about their
bodies. It is not a main stream product for the general public to know about
or use. Hence the low profile and all these words. Each container is sold with
an instruction leaflet giving sensible advice.

The sell ....
The name "Pure Paraffin" is a description of the liquid itself
as it consists of distilled paraffin; one fraction. It has NO ADDITIVES such
as chemical colorant, flavoring, taste reducer or thickener.
It is as pure as possible (unlike barbecue lighting fluid,
lamp oil, domestic paraffin, diesel, petrol etc. or anything else you can buy
over or under the counter).
It is supplied for the use on all types of wick and because
of it's purity the flame is slightly hotter than common paraffin but about the
same temperature as barbecue lighting fluid.
I feel that if you are going to do anything "silly" with fire
for the benefit of others (and your pocket) it would be advisable to use the
cleanest and safest thing available. We only live once and I understand that
one molecule of Benzene inside the body can do a great deal of damage so we
should do our best to avoid contact with all adverse chemical, I know I do!
The Hot Stuff Company does not condone Fire-breathing because
it is a very dangerous activity.

Large quantities may take longer to deliver if restocking has to occur.
Unfortunately for over seas customers this product does not
travel very well.
(It can get a sicky tum tum and the people in charge think it might explode!)
